Outpatient Treatment

- ※ Patients with emergency situations or delivery can receive 24 hour service from the emergency medical center without holidays
- ※ Saturday: Dental Clinic – orthodontics (second and third weeks)

Outpatient Procedures
First-visit Patients
- Information Desk (first floor): fill out an application form with treatment request and health insurance at the information desk. For selective treatment, fill out the selective treatment form (treatment request needed) Reception Deck: submit treatment request, health insurance, treatment application form, selective treatment form, and the received medical history card and receipt to the intended medical department
- Outpatient Department: go to the reception desk of the department applied to and submit the medical history card and receipt to receive treatment Payment: Submit medical history card to the administration department reception desk after treatment, pay the service charge and make a reservation for subsequent treatment
- Inspection, Photography, Injections, and Administration: receive inspection from the department indicated on the receipt. Make reservations for photography and visit the central injection room on the second floor for any injections. Outpatients receive prescriptions for an external pharmacy while inpatients receive medication from the internal pharmacy on the first floor
Return Patients
Reception on the first and second floor (medical history card and health insurance) →Receive medical service from the intended department (submit medical history card) → Pay service fee (at administration department reception desk) → Inspection, photography and injections (inspection room and pharmacy)
Patients with Reservations
Receive medical service from the designated department → Pay service fee → Inspection, photography, and injections
※ Patients who have made reservations by phone should confirm at reception on the first or second floor before visiting the designated department for treatment.
